-Fitness Kickboxing:

A high intensity cardio fitness kickboxing class which involves elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide an overall physical conditioning and toning by punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing the bag as well as performing various kickboxing movements in the air.

-Pump Up:

Pump up is a barbell class that will sculpt, tone the entire body by focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements. Result? You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning FAST and keep you burning calories 24hrs of the day!
